Cadbury Star Bar Brownie Recipe

175 grams Cadbury Star Bar
40 grams cocoa powder
175 grams unsalted butter
250 grams caster sugar
75 grams flour
50 grams chopped walnuts or of choice
Line your baking tray with parchment.
Put the oven on preheat at 180⁰C.
Using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate.
As it cools take the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Whisk these till they form a smooth mixture.
Now add the molten chocolate and mix that in as well.
Mix in the flour and cocoa till well combined.
Fold in chopped walnuts or any other nuts of choice.
Pour the batter in the baking dish and bake it for half an hour.
Cool the brownie completely before taking it out of the tin.
Cut up the brownie in shapes that you like and enjoy!
