Using Odlums Tritamyl range, a gluten free and wheat free diet can still be varied and interesting. Tritamyl flour and bread mixes can be used to produce a wide range of baked products, both sweet and savoury. They are ideal for cakes, breads, biscuits, pizzas, quiches etc. but you must ensure that additional ingredients are also gluten free and wheat free.
