When will I receive my order?
Shipping times will vary depending on where you / your recipient lives in Australia. 80% of packages will take 1-2 business days from our Sydney Distribution Centre. All other locations will take 3-5 business days. Our courier service do not deliver on weekends.
Please note: when your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
If in your order you have products that are highlighted (release date is a specific date) will be delivered after the specific date that is highlighted.
Please note: If the customer wants delivery to be made in two parts.
The first delivery to be the products that are on the stock аnd the second delivery when the other products arrive you will have to pay the shipping costs 2 times.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated from Australian Post

Shipping times are the guidelines set our by the courier companies that we use and are dependent on your postcode.
We dispatch perishable orders on Monday-Wednesday only. These are shipped on an over-night service and you will receive a notification either by text or email to advice once it has left our warehouse. All dry orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Delivery to Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro is usually within 24-48hrs of dispatch from our warehouse.
Delivery to Western Australia, Northern Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory can take 3-5 working days.
Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive an email with your order tracking once your order has been dispatched.
All this will also depend on the current stock levels & busy periods such as Christmas, St Patrick’s Day, Easter etc. Resulting in longer processing times. Please call with any questions regarding dispatch for busy times. 1300447474 press option 2.
Important notes about Shipping
Delivery Hours – The contracted courier (Australia Post) deliver Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and delivery times will vary according to their schedule, therefore we can not guarantee that specific delivery times can be met. The courier cannot call you before a delivery. We cannot arrange for delivery outside of the courier hours.
FREE Delivery – If you live in Sydney, Metro areas when you spend over $149 your delivery is FREE.
Delivery Address – We realize that most deliveries will be to residential addresses and that you won’t always be home to receive the goods, therefore we recommend that you either get them delivered to a work address or consider having the order shipped to a friend or neighbour. If you are not available to accept your order at the time of delivery, your order will be either returned to the courier depot or sent to your local post office for collection. Our courier company will leave you a notice to inform you where your parcel is. We cannot take responsibilities for any delays with your order if you are not at the address to accept delivery.
Perishable Goods – Only available in click and collect – all order with perishable goods are to be collected to our Botany Store.

You must be 18 years of age or over to order any alcohol from this site. All sales or conveyances of any liquor offered on this site are performed by licensed independent wineries or liquor merchants who under no circumstances sell or deliver to persons under 18 years of age. Wines will be delivered by Australian Air Express and goods must be signed for on delivery by a person 18 years of age or over. Should no-one be available at the Shipping address able to fulfill this requirement the wine will be taken back to the nearest post office and made available for a pick-up. A notification of this will be left in your letterbox. Once again pickup must be made by a person of 18 years of age or over and ID must be provided or the parcel will not be released.
We take ample care when packaging perishable goods and ensure they will be delivered on time. It is your responsibility to ensure you are present to receive the goods or if it is a gift, that the recipient is present to receive the goods. If there is nobody to accept the parcel there is nothing we can do about the perishable products that may spoil as a result. Please be mindful when ordering during the hotter months, as the heat can alter the freshness of the goods. This also applies when ordering chocolate products.
Our chocolates and biscuits leave the warehouse in perfect condition.
Any out of stock items in gift hampers can be replaced with products of equal or greater value without prior notice.
All parcels will be left at your door unless otherwise instructed by you. Taste Ireland cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen once the courier has delivered your parcel. When ordering we encourage you to use the “delivery instructions” field to detail your specific instructions to ensure your parcel is safely delivered.
It is important to remember that we are importing the products from Ireland and our stock levels can be subject to delays due to our suppliers, shipping delays or customs delays.
