Sheridans Cheesemongers is run by its’ owners Kevin Sheridan, Seamus Sheridan and Fiona Corbett. The company was founded in 1995, when brothers Seamus and Kevin started selling Irish farmhouse cheeses at the Galway market.
In 2010, Sheridan’s Cheesemongers set out to create the perfect cracker to accompany cheese. The result is a small range of hand- made Irish crackers using only a handful of local farmhouse ingredients.
Irish Brown-Bread Crackers are made from stoneground flour from Macroom Oatmeal Mills, butter from Bandon Cooperative and butter- milk from the Cronin Family Farm, all in Belgooly, County Cork.

Wholemeal Wheat Flour (58%), Buttermilk (25%), Butter (16%), Sea Salt.
Contains: Wheat, milk and made in a bakery which also handles Nuts.
