When will I receive my order?
Shipping times will vary depending on where you / your recipient lives in Australia. 80% of packages will take 1-2 business days from our Sydney Distribution Center. All other locations will take 3-5 business days.
International deliveries (e.g New Zealand, Singapore) can take up to 10 days.
We partner with Australia Post eParcel service for all online deliveries. Whilst we would love to hand deliver all our orders to you, it just isn’t possible due to the geographic size of Australia. We work closely with Australian Post and hold them to strict service standards, however sometimes delays and mistakes happen. Please be patient and work with our customer service team to rectify these rare incidents.
Australia Post, has a state of the art tracking system. Meaning you will be able to track the status of your order at any given time. This tracking code and link will be emailed to you once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping times are the guidelines set our by the courier companies that we use and are dependent on your postcode.
We dispatch orders Monday-Friday. These are shipped on an over-night service and you will receive a notification either by text or email to advice once it has left our warehouse.
Delivery to Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro is usually within 24-48 hrs of dispatch from our warehouse.
Delivery to Western Australia, Northern Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory can take 3-5 working days.
Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Busy periods such as Christmas can result in longer processing times. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions around shipping during peak times. We will always announce this in advance via the website or weekly newsletters.
Important notes about Shipping
Delivery Hours – Australia Post deliver Monday to Saturday and delivery times will vary according to their schedule, therefore we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. The courier does not call you before a delivery. We cannot arrange for delivery outside of the courier hours. Your tracking code and link in your email is the best method to control your delivery.
Delivery Address – We realize that most deliveries will be to residential addresses and that you won’t always be home to receive the goods, therefore we recommend that you either get them delivered to a work address or consider having the order shipped to a friend or neighbor. If you are not available to accept your order at the time of delivery, your order may be either returned to the courier depot or sent to your local post office for collection. Australia Post should leave you a notice to inform you where your parcel is. We cannot take responsibilities for any delays with your order if you are not at the address to accept delivery at the first attempt.
You must be 18 years of age or over to order any alcohol from this site. All sales or conveyances of any liquor offered on this site are performed by licensed independent wineries or liquor merchants who under no circumstances sell or deliver to persons under 18 years of age. Wines will be delivered by Australian Post and goods must be signed for on delivery by a person 18 years of age or over. Should no-one be available at the Shipping address able to fulfill this requirement the wine will be taken back to the nearest post office and made available for a pick-up. A notification of this will be left in your letterbox. Once again pickup must be made by a person of 18 years of age or over and ID must be provided or the parcel will not be released.
We take ample care when packaging your goods and ensure they will be delivered on time. It is your responsibility to ensure you are present to receive the goods or if it is a gift, that the recipient is present to receive the goods. Please be mindful when ordering during the hotter months, as the heat can alter the freshness of the goods. This also applies when ordering chocolate products. We do hold back dispatch during extreme heat, 35 degrees +
Any out of stock items in gift hampers can be replaced with products of equal or greater value without prior notice.
All parcels will be left at your door unless otherwise instructed by you. Taste Ireland cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen once the courier has delivered your parcel. When ordering we encourage you to use the “delivery instructions” field to detail your specific instructions to ensure your parcel is safely delivered.
It is important to remember that we are importing the products from Ireland and our stock levels can be subject to delays due to our suppliers, shipping delays or customs delays.
