Brioche Breakfast Bun with Ballymaloe Original Relish

Ingredients

1 x brioche bun

1 x piece of cooked crispy bun

1 x piece of black pudding

1 x sausage

1 x fried egg/scrambled egg

1 x handful of rocket

1 x tbsp Ballymaloe Original Relish

Method:

  1. Cut the brioche bun in half and lightly toast and spread with Ballymaloe Original Relish
  2. Fill the bun with grilled black pudding, sausage and some crispy bacon
  3. Add a soft fried egg, or if you prefer, some scrambled egg
  4. Top with a handful of rocket and another dollop of relish
