Yes! Our warehouse is open to the public for shopping Monday to Friday 9-5pm, and Saturday 11-3pm. You are welcome to come along to 8/25 Ossary St, Mascot, NSW 2020 at these times and shop for your favourite Irish goodies, and have a chat with the friendly Taste Ireland staff.
How do I order a product?
You can purchase our products online directly from this web site.
Ordering Online:
Our secure E-Commerce enabled online store provides a convenient, user-friendly method to purchase our products online using Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard.
How to order:
Order directly over the Internet.
1) Shop through the various food categories on the left of your screen.
2) To add a product to your online shopping cart, simply click the Add to Cart' button. You can also check your shopping cart at any time by clicking View Shopping Cart' on the top right of your screen. There is a $40 minimum spend before delivery charge is added.
3) When finished shopping, click 'View Shopping Cart'. This will take you to the Check Out page. This page will detail your full order and costs. Your freight costs will be calculated according to your postcode, and will apply automatically once you enter your address.
4) You will then be directed to the secure payment page were you input your credit card details (we accept MasterCard, Visa and Bankcard). Then click authorise payment'. You will be given a purchase order number please record this. A confirmation email will also be sent to you if you provide your email address in the space provided underneath the credit card field.
5) Your order will then be carefully packaged and dispatched. Delivery will take between 1-5days depending on shipping address. *
*most eastern seaboard addresses will receive their order within 48hrs.

How much is shipping and handling?
There is no handling costs, however shipping/delivery costs are automatically added to your total shopping list at the Check Out page. These charges have been calculated in direct relation to your shipping address or postcode. Check out delivery charges for more information.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping will vary depending on where you are located. Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane Metro areas are normally within 48hrs of confirmation of order. Some country areas, Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Teritory, Tasmania and New Zealand can take 5-10 working days.

I don't like using my credit card on the internet what can I do?
After you place items in your basket and go to checkout to enter your delivery address and credit card number, you enter a secure zone on our site. We guarantee that no one will see your name, address or credit card details through out the order process. Its safer than handing your credit card over in a restaurant.
If you still are not comfortable using your credit card details, print out your order at the checkout before you are asked for your credit card information and either fax it to us at 02 9317 3853 with your credit card details, or call us on 1300 4 IRISH. This print out of your order will have stock numbers on it, which will speed up the process of calling in an order. You have the option to pay by paypal also.
Do you accept cheques?
Yes, but purchasing through our online secure store is preferred, and definitely more efficient. However, we will accept a certified Cheque. Orders paid by personal cheque will NOT ship until the cheque clears.
I am looking for a specific product but I can't remember its name?
Try and remember what type of product it is (tea, biscuits, desserts etc) and browse the categories on the left menu bar. If that fails, send us a email to info@tasteireland.com.au and we will endeavor to source the product for you.
What kind of debt /credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards - Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay using paypal. We do not charge an additional surcharge.
What currency am I charged in?
We take payments in AU$.
Do I get confirmation of my order?
Yes - You will be sent an e-mail with all the details of your order once you have submitted your order. You will get another email to let you know that the order has been dispatched, and you'll be given the tracking number for your order so you can follow the delivery progress.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of $40. This means the actual goodies must total $40, delivery charges will then be automatically added at the check out stage. Our online store is programmed not to accept orders for under $40 .
Can I buy items in bulk?
Yes you can buy in bulk. Many of our products have bulk options, so click into the product for more information. There is also a bulk buy section on the website.
If you are a retailer or similar looking at 'bulk' supplies, eg cases etc - this may require a different method of shipping, and carry certain discounted rates (we have negotiated with certain suppliers for bulk discounts) - please contact caroline@tasteireland.com.au with your requirements.
What type of products do you sell?
We sell a large range of Irish food and beverage products. We will continually add to our offerings; which will include Irish Gifts. As you navigate through the site you will see in the Irish Food section the full range available for you to buy. Items are selected and payment made in exactly the same way in all sections.
Are there any items or products you do not supply?
Yes there are. We do not supply the following:-
-Items with a very short shelf life.
-Any item/s that are prohibited by law by the country where any such item is asked to be delivered.
-Any item/s prohibited by our carriers.
Note: - the above list may be added to or amended at any time depending on Carrier or Country restrictions.
Do any of the products contain nuts, soya or any such ingredients?
Possibly! We cannot check all the ingredients of all the products - However if the manufacturer draws attention to certain ingredients we will endeavor to highlight this wherever possible. Please contact the respective manufacturer should you have any questions regarding their products.
Can an order be sent to someones else's address?
Yes - your order can be sent to your preferred address (perhaps an old friend, relative, business associate) - just enter the delivery address in the respective section on the order form. There will also be a billing address to fill in on the same page. It is important to ensure the recipient will be at home to receive the delivery. It might be more suitable to get the parcel delivered to their work address as deliveries are made Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. You will need to advise the recipient that there is a gift on the way so they can advise you of any special delivery instructions including the best delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for perishable items or chocolate that may be effected if left in the heat of the day.
How will my order be delivered?
At present, orders are dispatched using Australia's leading courier companY Australian Air Express and Australian Post. Our carriers are very reliable companies, giving secure, quick and cost effective delivery. However delays and mistakes can happen, please work with us if this happens and we will remedy the situation as quick as possible. Delivery shedules will also very in peak periods such as Christmas. Please refer to the special delivery instructions or contact the office with any questions you might have.

Will any of my details be passed to any company for marketing purposes?
NO definitely not. Your details are kept secure, and will not be given, lent, or sold to any third party, for the purposes of advertising etc that may result in you receiving unsolicited mail. Notwithstanding details required by carriers etc or any legal requirements placed upon us. Taste Ireland is fully committed to ethical marketing practices.
